Orders made from Monday to Friday by 17:00 CET will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Returns

Our top priority is to satisfy all our customers. You may return ordered items and, thereby, withdraw from the sales contract up to 14 days after their receipt. Our returns policy covers all items, including those on promotion or sale in “the collections”, “past collections” and “special occasion”. Please note it is not possible to return customised Products like laser engraved or special resizing rings (other from what is selectable) or pierced jewelry items for hygiene and safety reasons.

As soon as we receive your return package and confirm that the jewelry is in excellent condition, we will register it and send you an email notification. The refund transmission depends on the guidelines of your financial institution, and it may take up to 3-7 business days for the credit to be applied to the same payment method used to make the order. Your refund will be made within fourteen (14) business days from the day on which We receive the Product(s) back from you, inspected by our employees and meet the minimum requirements. The entire return and refund process may take up to 3-4 weeks from postage date.

Gift service is currently unavailable.

However, in every order, each item is accompanied by the box and the guarantee in the size of a credit card that will list the details of the item.

Delivery to your address: You will receive one bag for each order. The bags will contain the items in their boxes and the accompanying guarantees.

Delivery to a different address: All items will be beautifully presented in a single bag. The package will include the items in their boxes with the accompanying guarantees and the delivery note, which will also serve as a guarantee, but not an invoice.

Gemstones are precious and semi-precious natural organic stones in cut and polished form, which exposes its luster, raise its value and aesthetic. All the precious and semi-precious stones even the best of them should be handled with care.

As a general rule, most of the jewelries should only be polished with a soft, lint-free cloth or chamois and once in a while could be cleaned on warm water with mild soap and soft brush.

More tips:

• Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that might scratch or bend the metal, crack and break stones or can loosen the fastenings which can quickly lead to stone loss.
• Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
• Wear off your jewelry before swimming in salt water or chlorine pool, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating.
• Avoid excessive sunlight and heating, swift change from cold to hot temperature can make stones crack or break.

We also recommend you have your jewelries checked by an accredited jeweler for loosen stones every 6-12 months.

You do not have to be an expert in gemstones but at least you need to familiarize yourself with the care and cleaning of the gems of your own collection. The durability of gemstones is being measured in three ways following this classification scale:

1. Hardness, or its ability to resist scratching. (Diamond – 10, Sapphire-Ruby – 9, Topaz -8, Emerald -7 to 8)
2. Toughness, or a mineral’s resistance to breaking and chipping, often measured as its tenacity. (Excellent, Very Good, Good, Poor)
3. A mineral’s stability refers to its resistance to chemicals, heat, light, and humidity.

Knowing the differences between gold and sterling silver will ensure that you handle and care for your jewelry properly. Silver would be a good example: since it is quite softer compared to other precious metals, it is more vulnerable to scratches, bend and other damages. Silver as well as white gold also tarnish, affecting his color and shine. They are plated in order to protect its surface unlike yellow gold which doesn’t need any.
